Arlo Technologies serves millions of users with smart home security cameras. The CI/CD pipeline was functional but slow — build times ate into developer productivity, deployment success hovered at ~95%, and the GoldenQA-to-production handoff had manual friction points.

Embedded directly into the DevOps pipeline, optimizing three pillars: CI/CD pipeline overhaul (Jenkins, Harness, Helm), backend infrastructure optimization (Java/Spring Boot + DynamoDB), and triple-layer observability (Splunk + Instana + Grafana).
